I did three laps around the store, looking for gift ideas. I was almost ready to give up when Kelly approached me to ask if I needed some help. I said yes and she gave me several ideas for gifts. This was very helpful to me as she went out of her way to help me. With her suggestions I was able to find gifts and was very happy to get the help and useful suggestions. Thank you so much Kelly !!!!

The customer service here is amazing. I was offered help by multiple employees. I was offered water while I waited for my appointment. 3-4 employees complimented my haircut on the way out. 3 employees asked me about my day and evening plans. Not to mention my stylist, Elisa, was amazing and executed my vision for my hair perfectly. I felt truly noticed and valued as a customer here. Props to the management who run this store and selected such an amazing team.

Staff are helpful and they've got a great selection of cosmetics. I'd like to see a bit more selection in the male fragrances department, but for what they have it's not at all bad. I'll be back.

these two girls, one with red streaks and tinsel in her hair and the one who’s name i believe is Andy we so incredibly helpful. they are doing the most for ulta and made me and my friends experience wonderful. they truly are angels.

I'm so happy being able to shop for make-up in store again, I had ran out of a few items but enjoy browsing things in person and Ulta Beauty always has displays my height and beauty consultants ready to talk about everything there. I went in with items needed and was very pleased getting my eyebrow pencil, mascara, lip stain and hair cream by Paul Mitchell here. Thank you 😊

Harley the MUA @ MAC bar is so incredibly talented and did an amazing job with my full makeup application. Carolyn @ the salon made my hair look flawless in no time! Sara was so helpful and delivers stellar customer service above and beyond. I have about 3 Ultas within 20 minutes of my home, but I highly recommend Ulta CL. Hands down best! I will definitely be back!

Very clean and welcoming, like most Ultas, and the associates were absolutely delightful! My go-to foundation (Urban Decay) has been out of stock for a long time and the associate who asked if I needed help was able to explain why it’s out and let me know that I can call for updates on if they have it back in stock and that I could also opt-in for an email notification when it’s back in stock. Great experience!

I went to the salon here for a haircut and had Katie as my stylist. She was absolutely amazing. My hair was very damaged and I knew it needed a drastic cut. Not only did she do an amazing job on the cut and style, but she was also so comforting for the experience. She did an absolutely amazing job 👏

I want to share my excellent experience with Sarah. She assisted me with finding a foundation and concealer that worked for my skin type, took the time to answer all my questions about multiple products. She was knowledgeable and provided some key insights to ensure I understood the texture of the makeup as one of the brands “Hourglass” is costly. Ulta provided a survey through Medillia but the QR code didn’t work. Nice to have excellent customer service. Thank you Sarah!

I've been going to this ULTA since I was in my late teens. Every time I walk in, everyone is super nice and always looking to help me out if needed. Wonderful customer service and a very organized store. Always clean, and even when they're super busy, they usually get you in and out pretty quick. I love going to this ULTA. Every time I know I'm going, I'm always excited.

I had such a great experience dealing with Sarah. She was so knowledgeable about all of the products and guided me to what would work best with my skin. She was so friendly and helpful that I kept coming back to her for more advice throughout my visit. Exceptional service!

Great experience with awesome help from Daisy. She helped me find the skin products that would work for me, shared her personal experience with them, and was knowledgeable about Dermalogica, which the brand I was interested in. She made it a pleasant experience and helped me get in and out quickly with everything I needed.

My first visit here was awful which is when they first opened. I didn’t go back for a few months but recently have. Today, I walked in needing a new foundation and concealer. I’m a bit color blind and so i already wasn’t using the right shade.. Kathleen was WONDERFUL in assisting me with finding the perfect shade and brand. (cruelty free). She remembered me from the last time she assisted me with finding a different product so that made me happy. The store is lucky to have an associate like her and i truly hope management (and potential shoppers) see this and consider rewarding her for going above and beyond for me and looking for her for assistance, she sure knows what she is doing.

Everyone at this store should be commended. All of the employees are fabulous, the management is fabulous, and they do a credit to the company's image. So many other Ulta stores are utter garbage, especially in this area, and this one raises the bar for all of them. Kudos.

I haven't been here since March, the start of the COVID19, but everything went well, the girls are very helpful and friendly! The clean after every customer. With their help, I was in and out in about 15 minutes , and every thing was nice & safe. I'll probably do some more Christmas shopping there !!

Yo this place is off da chain. My wife and I went here and got tons ah goodies. My wife needed liquid eye liner and the staff helped out major big time. The store itself is super clean. The inside also smells great. So many different fragrances! Out of this world. Will be returning tomorrow.
